سطح پوششی ZirTi از طریق پروسه ی سند بلاست کردن یا اکسید زیرکونیوم و سپس acid etch کردن آن به دست میاید. لذا کاملا اندازه ی خلل و فرج آن مشابه بافت واقعی استخوان میباشد.
